RICHMOND, Va. (Vegan AF) - Dairy Queen is launching a vegan version of its popular Dilly® Bar. It is slated to be released at participating DQ® locations nationwide beginning May 18th. Their vanilla coconut frozen dessert is dipped in chocolate and is gluten free as well. Below is a list of the ingredients:
Ingredients: Frozen Dessert (Water, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Maltodextrin, Coconut Oil, Coconut Cream, Contains 2% or Less of Vanilla Extract, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum,
Carrageenan, Carob Bean Gum, Mono & Diglycerides). Coating: (Coconut Oil, Sugar, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Corn Starch, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Natural Flavor).
DQ® is one of many major dessert brands who is rolling out vegan options for consumers. Ben & Jerry's recently launched three new vegan flavors and their non-dairy options now consist of about 25% of their overall product lineup.
